A living kit

The OrgKit is not a static product. It is a living toolkit that evolves alongside the framework, the community, and the organizations that use it.

New components, refined templates, and updated protocols will be released continuously as the Flexflow system matures and as practitioners contribute insights from real implementation. The OrgKit practices what Flexflow teaches: it senses, adapts, and grows.

When you join the waitlist, you are getting early access to a toolkit that will keep getting better, shaped by the practitioners who use it.

Where we are

The OrgKit is currently in active development. Core components are being designed, tested, and refined in collaboration with early Flexflow practitioners.

Planned release: Summer 2026 ^{(July/August)}

Flexflow community members will receive early access during the beta testing phase, with the opportunity to shape the final toolkit through direct feedback and real-world implementation.

Development priorities are informed by community signal. What practitioners need most will be built first.
